The solar pack adds Interconnection Application #, Permit #, PTO (Permission to Operate) Date and Utility Company fields to each job, and your State Contractor / Electrical License # to the compliance screen. The paperwork status is on the job, not in an email thread.
System Size (kW), Panel Count and Battery Included are job fields the pack adds. The Installed kW Report totals what you put on roofs this quarter; the Pipeline by Stage Report shows what is waiting on the utility.
Set a deposit on the proposal and the homeowner pays it by card or ACH when they approve. Bill a draw at install and the balance at PTO, with retainage if the contract carries it. The approved estimate is the contract value the draws read from.
