Pest Control · shops of 3 to 25

Pest control software built for the quarterly route

Your revenue is the accounts on a monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly plan, and your risk is the chemical record you cannot produce. TradesBackbone runs pest control as service plans and routes — the pest pack renames jobs to Services and customers to Accounts, puts the chemical-use record on every stop, and orders the day by drive time.

The Pest Control pack is pre-selected when you start from this page.

How a pest control shop runs on TradesBackbone

5 workflows your technicians and your office share on one record. Everything below exists today.

Service plans that generate the next stop

Pro and up

Put an account on a Monthly, Bi-Monthly or Quarterly plan and the next service is created when it is due. Termite, mosquito and rodent programs run alongside general pest on the same account.

Route order with drive time per leg

Pro and up

Group accounts by route day, then let route order propose the sequence for a technician's day with drive time per leg. Applying it is a deliberate click, so a promised window never moves without someone choosing to.

Chemical-use record on every service

The pest pack adds a Chemical-Use Record field (product, EPA #, rate, target) to each service and puts your EPA Applicator License and State Pesticide-Applicator Cert on the compliance screen. The Service & Chemical Application Report and State Compliance Report read from those records.

Pest treatment checklist, photos of the bait stations

A Pest treatment checklist comes with the pack. Technicians complete it on the phone and attach photos to the service, so the record of what was placed where is on the account, not in a truck.

Invoice on completion, card on file, reminder when it slips

Mark the service complete and the invoice goes out by text with a card or ACH link. Plan accounts keep a card on file. Overdue reminders, thank-you texts and review requests send automatically, 8am to 9pm local.

Pest Control questions, answered

Straight answers about how TradesBackbone runs a pest control business.

Does TradesBackbone handle recurring pest control service plans?+

Yes, on Pro and Elite. An account is put on a Monthly, Bi-Monthly or Quarterly plan with a price and a route day, and the next service is generated when it comes due. The pest pack labels the feature Service Plans.

Where does the chemical application record go?+

On every service. The pest pack adds a Chemical-Use Record field (product, EPA #, rate, target) to each job, and the Service & Chemical Application Report and State Compliance Report are generated from those entries. Your EPA Applicator License # and State Pesticide-Applicator Cert # are kept on the Licensing & compliance screen.

Can it order my technician's route?+

Route order (Pro) proposes a driving sequence for one technician's day with drive time per leg. The dispatcher applies it deliberately and the technician's phone sorts by that order. It never rewrites a promised arrival window on its own.

Does the app use pest control terms?+

Yes. The pest pack relabels jobs as Services, customers as Accounts and the schedule as Route, and seeds General Pest, Termite, Mosquito, Rodent, Bed Bug and Wildlife price-book categories with starter items. It is configuration, changeable in Settings.

Can plan customers be charged automatically?+

An account can keep a card on file, and each invoice carries a card or ACH link processed by Stripe. Overdue invoices get automatic reminders.

How does pricing work for a 10-person pest company?+

Pro includes 10 users and the service plans and route order features. Extra users are $40/mo each. Free trial, no contracts. The ladder on this page is the same one the pricing page reads.
