Your brand, not ours

Each client gets your name, your logo, your colours and your sending address. On a client's own verified domain, nothing on the page, in the email footer or in the shipped JavaScript names TradesBackbone or Martello Systems.

Your client's own domain

Point a domain at us and we verify ownership by DNS, issue the certificate and put the vhost live. Removing the domain takes it back down. You do not open a ticket and you do not touch a server.

Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, painting, pest, lawn, pool, cleaning, solar and more. Each one changes the price book, the reports and the automated message copy, and several change the navigation vocabulary too. Switching a client is a settings change.

Where we actually are

Martello Systems builds and runs software. More than fifteen of our products are deployed and answering on the public internet today, on our own infrastructure, which we operate ourselves.

The white-label agency programme is new and we are not going to pretend otherwise. We are not going to quote you a customer count or a revenue figure, because the honest numbers are small and a rounded-up number is the first thing you would catch us on.

What we will do is show you the working product, put your brand on a real domain while you watch, and let you decide from that.

Your clients' data stays scoped to their own business. An agency sees the businesses it manages and nothing else, and a business never sees the agency above it unless you tell them it is there.
