Your business is Tuesday's route, not Tuesday's job. TradesBackbone treats it that way: recurring clients on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cadence, crews assigned to a day, the entry method and square footage on the client record, and an invoice that goes out when the visit is marked done.
The Cleaning pack is pre-selected when you start from this page.
5 workflows your cleaners and your office share on one record. Everything below exists today.
Set a client up once as Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly or One-Time and the recurring program creates the next visit when it is due. The Recurring Revenue Report shows what the book is worth before the month starts.
Assign a two-person crew to a day, then let route order propose the driving sequence with drive time per leg. You apply it when it looks right; a client's promised window never moves on its own. The Daily Route Sheet prints what each crew is doing.
The cleaning pack adds Entry Method, Square Footage, Cleanings per Week and Contract Term fields to every client. The lockbox code is on the phone, not in a group text.
A Cleaning walkthrough checklist comes with the pack. Crews tick it off on the phone and attach before/after photos to the visit, so a complaint on Thursday is answered with Tuesday's photos.
Mark the visit complete and the invoice can go out by text with a card or ACH link. Keep a card on file for recurring clients. A thank-you and review request follow automatically, sent between 8am and 9pm their time.
Choosing Cleaning at signup configures the app for cleaning. It is configuration, not a separate product — you can change it in Settings.

Straight answers about how TradesBackbone runs a cleaning business.
Yes, on Pro and Elite. A recurring program on the client carries the cadence (the cleaning pack offers Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly and One-Time), the price and a route day, and the next visit is generated when it comes due.
Route order (Pro) proposes a driving sequence for one person's or crew's day with drive time per leg. It never rewrites the day silently — a dispatcher looks at the plan and applies it, and the crew's phone sorts by that order.
On the client record. The cleaning pack adds an Entry Method field there, with Square Footage, Cleanings per Week and Contract Term alongside it. They are ordinary custom fields, so you can add your own.
A client can keep a card on file, and invoices carry a card or ACH payment link processed by Stripe. Overdue invoices get automatic reminders.
The same pack seeds Commercial, Commercial Floorcare and Commercial Staffing categories and a Commercial Bid Worksheet. If janitorial contracts are most of your work, the commercial cleaning page covers that side.
