The handyman pack sets the dashboard to Log completed work: record the job once it is done — customer, what you did, what it cost — and invoice from that record without scheduling it first. Schedule mode and the dispatch board are one tap away when a second person joins.
The pack adds a Task List field to each job — hang the TV, fix the closet door, caulk the tub — and the Punch List / Task Completion Report shows what was done. Labor, Repairs, Assembly, Mounting and Materials categories are seeded in the price book.
Build the estimate from your price book on the phone, text the link, the customer taps Approve. For the bigger job, ask for a deposit at approval. Approved estimate becomes the invoice.
Mark the job complete and send the invoice by text with a card or ACH link. At month end, batch invoicing lists every completed job you have not invoiced yet and sends them all in one pass. Overdue reminders go out on their own.
